2. Our Role

Mark Students acts as:

 • An accommodation booking facilitator between students and property providers/landlords/university residences.

 • A support service to help students find, compare, and secure accommodation.

We do not own the properties listed unless clearly stated.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

 • Be 18 years or older

 • Be a current or prospective university student

 • Provide accurate and complete information during booking

4. Booking Process

 • Students select accommodation through our platform or via our advisors.

 • Once selected, the booking is made directly with the property provider.

 • A booking is confirmed only after:

 • Required documents are submitted

 • Deposit or advance rent is paid

 • The property provider issues confirmation via mark students.

Mark Students is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation or late payments.

5. Payments

Payments may include:

 • Booking deposit or Reservation fee

 • Advance rent

Important:

 • Payments are often made directly to the accommodation provider, not to Mark Students.

 • If Mark Students collects payment except the reservation fee on behalf of a provider, it will be clearly communicated.

6. Deposits and Refunds

Refund policies depend on the individual property provider’s policy.

There is No refund of reservation fee.

You are eligible for 14 days for full refund in case , if you have made any deposit or rent upfront.

Common conditions where refunds may be allowed:

 • Visa rejection (with official proof)

 • University admission rejection

 • Cancellation within the cooling-off period ( 14 days after you make your reservation)

Mark Students is not liable for refund decisions made by the property provider after the 14 days of refund eligibility period.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by accommodation provider. Students must carefully read the cancellation policy before confirming the booking.

Mark Students can assist in communication but cannot override provider policies.

8. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

 • Provide genuine documents and information

 • Respect accommodation rules and property terms

 • Pay rent on time

 • Maintain the property in good condition

Any damage or misconduct is the student’s responsibility.

9. Property Information Accuracy

While we aim to provide accurate listings, some property may show common wear and tear because of daily usage of accommodation

There may be slight variations in

 • Exact room size, furniture, or layout

 • Availability at the time of enquiry

 • Changes made by the property provider without notice

10. Limitation of Liability

Mark Students is not responsible for:

 • Issues within the property after move-in

 • Disputes between student and landlord/provider

 • Loss of belongings

 • Personal injury at the property

 • Provider cancellation or overbooking

Our role is limited to facilitating the booking.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint on reservation please contact:

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process student data to:

You agree not to:

 • Misuse the website

 • Provide false information

 • Copy or reproduce website content without permission
